  • You share information, we learn about your firm, and together we shape a deal.

    We’ll talk about your customers, offerings, and team at a high level, plus review your financials in detail.

    We’ll provide an initial valuation range and deal structure to ensure we’re aligned.

  • We’ll dive deeper into operations, financials, talent and market outlook — to understand opportunities and risks and to refine the deal terms.

    If it’s still a fit, we sign a letter of intent with a specific price and terms.

  • Accountants and lawyers will help us confirm what we’ve learned, agree on final terms, and prepare definitive documents.

    We’ll sign the final paperwork, wire the money and celebrate.

    Then, we’ll get back to work!
